South Central Santa Cruz County in southeastern Arizona. - Until 515 PM MST. - At 209 PM MST, gauge reports indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Nogales. Between 0.8 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected within the next 3 hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD: Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE: Gauges reported. IMPACT: Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. - Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Nogales. This includes the following highways. Interstate 19 between mile markers 1 and 7. Route 82 between mile markers 1 and 5. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations.
