This Fire Weather Watch is in effect from Friday morning through Friday evening. - AFFECTED AREA: In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 201 Routt Forecast Area and Fire Weather Zone 205 Colorado River Headwaters. - TIMING: For the Red Flag Warning, from noon to 8 PM MDT Wednesday. For the first Fire Weather Watch, from Thursday morning through Thursday evening. For the second Fire Weather Watch, from Friday morning through Friday evening. - WINDS: Southwest 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. - RELATIVE HUMIDITY: 10 to 15 percent. - IMPACTS: Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
