Will Prigozhin be arrested by July 15?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if founder of Wagner Group Yevgeny Prigozhin is arrested by July 15, 2023 (ET). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting, however official information from the governments involved in any action against Prigozhin and information from Prigozhin and Wagner's legal representatives will also be used.
