$SMOLE listed on Binance in March?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the crypto token smolecoin ($SMOLE) is listed for spot purchase on Binance by March 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be Binance, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
