Details of the original alert: Information on update: Warning area now restricted to northern areas of Scotland. Warning now downgraded to low impact. Showers or occasionally longer spells of rain will continue across the warning area for the rest of today. A further 20 to 30 mm is likely, and following on from overnight rain may lead to some flooding in places.
